M/s V Mulch Agroplast Private Limited (VAPL) is a Company Registered under Companies Act 2013 promoted by only Women Directors. The firm is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Plastic Mulch Film & Stretch Film and related products. The Manufacturing and processing is situated at Village Bhare, Near Pirangut, Tq - Mulshi, Dist. - Pune - 412115.


The Company is owned by the women Entrepreneurs having 100% shareholding. The Company Directors are engaged in same business stream from last 10 Years as their families belongs to the agriculture background. The Company is managed by the Promoters with the help of well experienced Male Members of Families who have vast experience in the Agriculture and Allied Industries.

Director & Promoter

Mrs. Meenal Arun Kadu is the main promoter of the unit. Mrs. Kadu had completed her Post graduation and is an experienced business woman with a wide experience of more than 15 years in Agriculture and Corporate Sector.

Being from the agriculture family background she has gathered knowledge of other aspects of business and day to day operations of the factory. She has the ground level knowledge of the products manufactured by V Mulch Agroplast Pvt. Ltd and its implementation on the ground level helping farmer to increase the crop productivity, which will help the farmer to gain more profit from the market.
