The Company is owned by the women Entrepreneurs having 100% shareholding. The Company Directors are engaged in same business stream from last 10 Years as their families belongs to the agriculture background. The Company is managed by the Promoters with the help of well experienced Male Members of Families who have vast experience in the Agriculture and Allied Industries.

Chairperson & Managing Director
Mrs. Meenal Arun Kadu is the main promoter of the company. She is a Post graduation from Nagpur University having varied experience in the areas of Agriculture and Allied Activities in end-to-end business solutions. She has experience of more than 15 years in Agriculture and Corporate Sector.
Being from the agriculture family background she has gathered knowledge of other aspects of business and day-to-day operations of the factory. She has the ground level knowledge of the products manufactured by V Mulch Agroplast Pvt. Ltd and its implementation on the ground level helping farmer to increase the crop productivity, which will help the farmer to add value to their products in the complete value chain at various stages.
Director
Mr. Abhijeet A. Kadu is the main person behind the venture. He is Engineering Graduate from Nagpur University and completed his MBA in Human Resource. He is responsible for the Production and logistic management.
He has worked with the Government Departments especially Agriculture Education, Social Forestry, and other relevant sectors such as HR Business Development and Public relations for more than 10 Years.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Parikshit Arun Kadu is a Graduate from Mechanical Engineering from the Nagpur University. Also, he has completed his MBA Finance and LLB from Govt. College Nagpur. He is currently playing a crucial role in our venture, assisting with Business Development, Marketing, and Administration.
He also serves as a Director of Ambitieux Services and Development Private Limited. His skills and expertise are instrumental in driving the growth of V Mulch Agroplast Pvt. Ltd.
Honorary Advisor
Mr. Ganesh M. Chaudhari belongs to the Maharashtra Development Service of the Govt. of Maharashtra. He has worked on various Post throughout his career having an experience of around 35 years in the areas of Development Administration in Maharashtra. He is retired as Additional Chief Executive Officer/ Deputy Commissioner in the MDS Cadre.
He supports V Mulch Agroplast Pvt. Ltd, as a Honorary Advisor to develop our business in the areas of emerging technologies especially climate change and environment solutions in Agriculture Sector.

Mr. Rajesh Bogul is a well-known professional in trade and industrial circles. He Possess Degree in Business Management and Professional Qualification from ICMAI. He has pioneered efforts in areas of Management Advisory and has delivered successful results.

Mr. Joshi served as a scientist in DRDO before starting this group. He has in-depth knowledge of the technical, time and cost aspects of renewable energy projects.
